目的:探讨影响高血压患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析500例高血压病服药情况,比较服药依从性差与服药依从性好的两组患者在性别构成、平均年龄、经济状况、家庭及社会支持、对高血压知识的掌握程度、担心药物不良反应等方面上的差异。结果:服药依从性好170例,为38.0%,服药依从性差占62.0%。影响依从性因素:平均年龄大、经济收入少、缺乏家庭及社会支持、对高血压知识的掌握程度差、担心药物不良反应,与性别构成无关。结论:高血压病患者药物治疗依从性较差,影响因素较多,应针对上述因素实施相应的对策以提高其药物依从性。
Objective: To explore the factors that influence the medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 500 cases of hypertension medication, poor medication compliance and medication compliance of the two groups of patients in gender composition, the average age, economic status, family and social support, knowledge of hypertension mastery, worry Adverse drug reactions and other aspects of the differences. Results: The medication compliance was good in 170 cases, 38.0%, poor medication compliance accounted for 62.0%.
