提出了乙腈法萃取1,3丁二烯装置第2塔组进行流程模拟的最佳物性方法,由模拟数据入手,利用Aspen Plus为平台,使用WILSON方法、UNIFAC方法、NRTL方法对乙腈法萃取1,3丁二烯装置的第2塔组进行模拟,将模拟结果与生产情况进行对比,选出的WILSON方法具有高的可信度,由模拟计算得到的结果可以用于塔的水力学设计计算及标定核算。
The best physical property method of the second tower of 1,3-butadiene plant was extracted by acetonitrile method, and the best physical property was obtained by simulating the data.
