目的:分别采用尿沉渣镜检法与尿液干化学法对白细胞进行检查,并比较两种方法检验结果的异同。方法:选择480份尿液标本作为本次研究对象,均为2014年7月至2015年7月在本院接受尿液白细胞检验的患者,按照随机投掷法随机分成两组,各240份,其中采用尿液干化学法进行检验的标本作为试验组,尿沉渣镜检法进行检验的组别为对照组,比较两组白细胞检测的阳性率。结果:试验组白细胞阳性率为21.67%,略高于对照组的(17.08%),但组间差异不明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在检验白细胞中尿沉渣镜检法与尿液干化学分析法各有其临床诊断的价值,需将两种方法联合起来搭配使用,才能减少漏诊、误诊的发生情况。
Objective: Urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemistry were used to examine leukocytes, and the differences between the two methods were compared. Methods: A total of 480 urine samples were selected as the study subjects, all of whom received urine leukocyte tests in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015. They were randomized into two groups according to the random throwing method, 240 Urine dry chemical test specimens as the test group, urine sediment microscopy examination of the group as a control group, comparing the positive rate of leukocyte test in both groups. Results: The positive rate of leukocytes in the experimental group was 21.67%, slightly higher than that in the control group (17.08%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Urine sediment microscopy and urine dry chemical analysis have their own value in clinical diagnosis. It is necessary to combine the two methods to reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
