The effects of repeated dehydration training on physiological phenotypes and related gene expression in four-leaf stage peanut (Arachis hypogaea) were analyzed. It was found that the wilting degree and stem bending of peanut leaves were higher than those of the first drought in the second drought stress (D2) (D1) was low, and the bending degree of peanut stems in the second rehydration (R2) was earlier than that in the first rehydration (R1). The relative water content of D2 and R2 was lower than that of D1 and R1, respectively The ratio of D2 relative to D2 was large, and the ratio of complete closed stomata of R1 was also lower than that of R2. The expressions of AhNCED1, AhDHN1 and AhATL1 in D2 were significantly higher than those in D1. The results showed that the peanut had the memory of drought stress, and the expression level of the drought-related genes in drought-resistance training increased in the peanut, which further enhanced the recovery ability of the peanut after drought.
