目的:探讨弹性超声在评价甲状腺结节良恶性中的临床价值。方法:收集我院近3年经手术治疗的甲状腺结节病例349例,回顾性分析总结弹性超声在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性方面的临床价值。结果:超声弹性成像在鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性上敏感性稍差,为76.89%;但有较高的特异性,为96.21%。结论:超声弹性成像对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断特异性较高,能帮助诊断常规超声较难鉴别的部分恶性病变。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of elastic ultrasound in the evaluation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: A total of 349 cases of thyroid nodules surgically treated in our hospital in recent 3 years were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical value of flexible ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules was slightly worse (76.89%); however, the specificity was 96.21%. Conclusion: Elastography has a high specificity for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which can help to diagnose some malignant lesions that are difficult to be identified by conventional ultrasound.
