本文依据国家相关保教工作要求,针对幼儿园实际工作情境及存在问题,设计并编制了《幼儿园班主任自我管理手册》,依据手册的指标要求规范幼儿教师的专业行为,并采用平行领导模式实施管理,通过评价改进其日常行为,最终达成教师的自我规范与管理。在实践中,这种方式取得了良好的实效。
In accordance with the requirements of national education related to education, this article designs and compiles the “Self-management Handbook for Kindergarten Class Teachers” according to the actual work situation and existing problems in kindergartens. It regulates the professional behavior of preschool teachers according to the requirements of the manual, and adopts the parallel leadership mode to implement management. Evaluation to improve their daily behavior, and ultimately achieve the teacher’s self-regulation and management. In practice, this approach has achieved good results.
