1.引言自动洗衣机在脱水时会产生很大的振动。为了减少这种振动,从一开始研制全自动洗衣机就致力于脱水减振。在采用减振机构的同时,还进行过多次改革。2.振动系的理论化(1)全自动洗衣机的结构图1所示为全自动洗衣机的大致结构。中央有一个洗涤筐,其外侧包以筒板。筒板则和装在下方的电动机等机构一起被四根装配弹簧悬吊在外箱内面而构成振动系。
