新疆地区半刚性沥青路面反射裂缝严重,采用级配碎石基层全柔性沥青路面结构是根治反射裂缝的有效途径。基于级配碎石基层全柔性沥青路面破坏形式对控制指标进行分析,研究路面结构力学响应量在不同的动态荷载条件下的变化规律,为新疆地区级配碎石基层全柔性沥青路面结构设计提供理论依据。通过ANSYS有限元软件建立三维模型,并施加半正弦动态荷载,最后利用非线性有限元计算程序LS-DYNA进行显式计算。分析结果表明:沥青层拉应力对车速以及面层厚度敏感性较高,面层厚度对级配碎石层剪应力影响较大;沥青面层厚度10 cm是沥青层拉应力以及级配碎石层剪应力指标变化的一个拐点。
There are serious reflection cracks in semi-rigid asphalt pavement in Xinjiang. The use of graded crushed stone base full flexible asphalt pavement structure is an effective way to cure reflection reflection cracks. Based on the analysis of the control indexes of the full flexible asphalt pavement damage form of the graded crushed stone base, the changing regularity of the mechanical response of the pavement structure under different dynamic load conditions is studied, and provides the structural design of the all flexible asphalt pavement of the graded broken stone base in Xinjiang Theoretical basis. The three-dimensional model was established by ANSYS finite element software, and the half-sine dynamic load was applied. Finally, the nonlinear finite element program LS-DYNA was used for explicit calculation. The results show that the tensile stress of asphalt layer is sensitive to the vehicle speed and the thickness of the surface layer, and the thickness of the surface layer has a great influence on the shear stress of the graded crushed stone layer. The asphalt layer thickness of 10 cm is the tensile stress of the asphalt layer, An Inflection Point for the Change of Layer Shear Stress Index.
