分析多导 VEPs对青光眼半侧视野损害的诊断价值。方法 :记录 115名不同程度的视野损害青光眼患者的全野、半野多导 VEPs,分析全野刺激下 Oz位 ,半野刺激下 T5/ 6位 P1波的峰潜时延迟出现百分率 ,分析各位点的波形对青光眼视野损害的诊断率。结果 :全野、半野刺激下的多导 VEPs及其不同位点的综合波形分析能提高多导 VEPs对青光眼视野损害的诊断价值。结论 :全野、半野刺激下的多导 VEPs能提高 VEP对青光眼半侧视野损害的诊断价值。
To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-guided VEPs in glaucoma hemifield. Methods: 115 wild-type and half-wild-type VEPs were recorded in patients with glaucoma with varying degrees of visual field injury. The percentage of delayed peak latency of T5 / 6 P1 wave under Oz and hemispheric stimulation was analyzed. Diagnostic rate of waveform damage to glaucomatous vision. Results: The comprehensive waveform analysis of multi-VEPs and its different sites stimulated by wild and semi-wild stimuli can improve the diagnostic value of multi-guided VEPs in visual field damage of glaucoma. CONCLUSION: Multi-transduction VEPs stimulated by whole field and half-field can improve the diagnostic value of VEP in the glaucoma half visual field.
