脊髓空洞症 (Ｓｙｒｉｎｇｏｍｙｅｌｉａ)系脊髓缓慢进展性退行性病变。自 1 997年 2月以来 ,我院共收治 1 6例 ,均经ＭＲ检查确诊并行手术治疗。现总结如下。1 临床资料1 1 一般资料 男 7例 ,女 9例 ;年龄 2 2～ 56岁 ;病程 2～1 2年 ,平均 4 6年 ;随访时间 9～ 1 5个月
Syringomyelia is a slowly progressive degenerative spinal cord disease. Since February 1997, a total of 16 cases have been treated in our hospital. All of them were confirmed by MR and concurrent surgical treatment. Now summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1 1 General Information 7 males and 9 females; aged 2 2 to 56 years; duration of 2 to 12 years, an average of 46 years; follow-up time of 9 to 15 months
