随着我国电力市场试运行机制的发展,对辅助服务中的调峰问题进入了更深入的研究。针对我国电网调峰中机组的具体运行状态,提出了电力市场调峰的概念并对其进行了分类;针对抽水蓄能机组的调峰优势,结合抽水蓄能机组在电力系统中发挥的调峰作用,对蓄能电厂担任电力系统调峰任务时的经济效益进行分析,并结合实例对抽水蓄能机组担任调峰对电网产生的节煤效益进行计算和评估。结果表明,抽水蓄能机组调峰时所表现出的不只是自身电量的效益,更进一步表现在对系统整体运行上所产生的经济效益和系统效益。鉴于此,在目前电力市场环境下,由于参与竟价机组的经济效益主要体现在电量效益上,有必要开展对提供调峰服务的机组补偿机制,以促进电力市场的更进一步开展。
With the development of trial operation mechanism of power market in our country, more in-depth studies have been carried out on the peak regulation in auxiliary services. In view of the concrete running status of power generation unit during peak regulation of power grid in our country, the concept of peak regulation of power market is put forward and classified. Based on the advantage of peak regulation of pumped storage power generation unit, combined with the peak regulation of pumped storage unit in power system, The paper analyzes the economic benefit of the storage power plant when it is used as the task of peak shaving in the power system and calculates and evaluates the coal saving benefit of the pumped storage unit taking the peaking of the power grid as an example. The results show that the pumped storage unit when the peak is not only demonstrated the benefits of their own electricity, but also the performance of the system as a whole on the economic benefits and system benefits. In view of this, in the current electricity market environment, due to the economic benefits of participating competitive price generating units are mainly reflected in the power efficiency, it is necessary to carry out unit compensation mechanism to provide peak shaving service to further promote the electricity market.
