企业在发展当中离不开各部门工作人员的支持,但是这些对企业发展做出贡献的人员总会面临退休,在即将脱离企业工作环境的时候,常陷入迷茫、闲置状态,内心存在孤独与焦虑感,不利于离退休人员的身心健康发展。由此,做好离退休人员的沟通,及时与这些离退休人员进行沟通能够化解其心理障碍,促进离退休人员能够健康、快乐生活。本文将对沟通在企业离退休工作中的作用进行分析,从而促使企业退休管理与服务工作更加有序的开展。
