通过比较生理学研究表明 ,丛根病病毒侵染甜菜后引起了体内氨基酸总量及各种氨基酸代谢的改变。以无病地为对照 ,病地上各品种叶丛和根中总氨基酸量及各氨基酸相对含量较高 ;抗病品种较感病品种块根和叶丛中均有相对较高的 ASP、SER、GLY、VAL、LYS、PRO,其中 PRO增加明显 ,故这些氨基酸特别是 PRO累积量可以作为病地选育的生理指标。病地较无病地上的各品种具有较强的氨基酸代谢 ,以及相对较多的氨基酸参与到植株抗病中去
Physiological studies have shown that the rhizomatous virus infects the beet and causes changes in the total amount of amino acids and various amino acid metabolism in the body.
