私分国有资产违纪行为,是指党和国家机关、国有企业(公司)、事业单位、人民团体,违反有关规定以单位名义将国有资产集体私分给个人的行为。贪污违纪行为,是指党和国家工作人员或者受委托管理、经营国有财产的人员,利用职务上的便利,侵吞、窃取、骗取或者以其他手段非法占有公共财物的行为。其中,共同贪污违纪行为,是指两人以上共同故意贪污的行为。
Privately-owned state assets misconduct refers to the collective and private distribution of state assets among individuals in the name of work units in violation of relevant provisions by the Party and state organs, state-owned enterprises (companies), institutions and people’s organizations. Corruption and misconduct refers to the acts of embezzlement, theft, fraud or other illegal possession of public property by party and state staff or persons entrusted with the management or operation of state-owned property through the convenience of their positions. Among them, the common corruption and misconduct refers to the joint intentional corruption of more than two people.
