近年国内有不少医疗单位开展加温治癌的临床研究,但得到远期疗效的报道甚少,我科自1982年开展微波加温合并放射治疗子宫颈癌68例,迄今已5年,加以总结供交流。 材料及方法 全部病例均由我院妇科确诊且不能手术治疗而转入我科,年龄由38—73岁,平均年龄56.7岁,除3例为子宫颈腺癌外,余均为鳞或鳞状细胞癌。 设备及方法:微波加温治疗机系778厂生产,频率为915兆赫,功率为700瓦,全部病例均为放射治疗前阴道内加热,每周二次,升温至45℃放射持续40分钟、腔内辐射器顶端带有测温探针以监视温度变化,外放射采用~(60)Co全盆腔内淋巴引流区前后各一野,每周肿瘤量约1000cGy。经治疗病例需每周作一次妇科及病理学检查,结束治疗前需作宫颈多点活检和阴道脱落细胞学检查。
