麻疹猩红热样药疹与感染性发疫性疾病的鉴别颇为困难，特别是在疾病的早期容易产生误诊，这是临床医疗工作中经常遇到的一个值得注意的问题。现将我科有明显服药史、诊断明确、资料较全的108例住院病例作一分析，以供临床诊治此病作参考。
