苏州高岭土矿急倾斜松软厚矿体的开采条件十分复杂。二十多年来,一直采用分层崩落法、窄进路回采工艺(图1)。该法劳动强度大,效率低;但比较灵活,有利于顶板管理和选别回采。因此,目前该法仍是一种有效的开采方法。而在现有条件下,如何合理确定分层崩落法的采场结构和开采参数,对提高技术经济效益和安全生产,则有着很重要的意义。
The mining conditions of the rapidly inclined soft thick ore body of the kaolin mine in Suzhou are very complicated. For more than two decades, it has been adopting the method of stratified caving and narrowing the road to the mining process (Figure 1). The law labor intensive, low efficiency; but more flexible, is conducive to the roof management and Selective Mining. Therefore, the law is still an effective mining method at present. However, under the existing conditions, how to reasonably determine the stope structure and mining parameters of the stratified caving method is of great significance to improving the technical and economic benefits and safety in production.
