我国探月三期的主要目标之一是利用钻取采样装置获取不小于2 m深度的月壤样品并返回地球,钻进导向机构的合理设计是保证钻取采样装置顺利采样的关键。在充分分析钻进导向机构所要求的功能和性能的基础上,对钻进导向机构提出合理构型,并针对导轨副摩擦形式和接触类型的不同,提出8种设计方案。为综合评价各方案的优劣,给出评价指标集,基于层次分析法建立导轨副多方案的综合评价模型。通过对判断矩阵的计算和一致性检验,得出各方案权重,最后确定方案集中的最佳方案,为类似的多方案优选提供依据。
One of the main objectives of the third lunar exploration in China is to use the sampling device to obtain lunar samples with a depth of not less than 2 m and return to the earth. The rational design of the drilling guide mechanism is the key to ensure the smooth sampling of the sampling device. On the basis of fully analyzing the function and performance required by the drilling guide mechanism, a reasonable configuration of the drilling guide mechanism is proposed and eight design schemes are proposed according to different friction forms and contact types of the guide rail pair. In order to comprehensively evaluate the merits and demerits of each program, an evaluation index set is given and a comprehensive evaluation model of multi-program guide rail is established based on AHP. Through the calculation and consistency test of the judgment matrix, the weight of each program is obtained, and finally the best program of program concentration is determined, which provides the basis for similar multi-program optimization.
