为了考察基于α-BPDA聚酰亚胺复合材料的高温性能,制备了纤维增强复合材料,进行了高温力学和热物理性能的测试。研究结果表明纤维增强复合材料的T5d分解温度为565℃;Tg超过471℃;在450℃下的弯曲强度保持率大于42%,弯曲模量保持率大于55%,短梁剪切强度保持率超过44%;400℃空气热老化50 h后碳纤维复合材料的弯曲强度保持率66%,弯曲模量保持率为95%;300、500℃的石英增强复合材料的热导率分别为0.503和0.657 W/(m.K)。
In order to investigate the high temperature properties of α-BPDA based polyimide composites, fiber-reinforced composites were prepared and tested at high temperature and thermophysical properties. The results show that the T5d decomposition temperature of fiber-reinforced composites is 565 ℃, the Tg is over 471 ℃, the flexural strength retention is greater than 42% at 450 ℃, the flexural modulus retention is greater than 55%, and the short-beam shear strength retention is over 44%, respectively. The bending strength retention and flexural modulus retention of carbon fiber composites were 66% and 95% respectively after heat aging at 400 ℃ for 50 h. The thermal conductivities of quartz reinforced composites at 300 and 500 ℃ were 0.503 and 0.657 W / (mK).
