用MTT法测定了78例癌症病人的癌细胞和外周血白细胞,对15种抗癌药物的药敏性。结果发现:妇瘤对十种抗癌药物,白细胞、癌细胞药敏阳性及抑制率都有差别,但无统计学意义,有很好的相关性。肺癌病人的情况大致与妇瘤病人一样。除了CTX对白细胞药敏率比癌细胞显著增高外,其它九种药物亦无统计学差异。结肠、直肠癌组的白细胞和癌细胞药敏性对部份药物有极大的差别,它们是5-FU、MMC、CTX、DDP,癌细胞药敏抑制率明显高于白细胞(P<0.025、P<0.001)。
MTT assay was used to determine the cytotoxicity of cancer cells and peripheral blood leukocytes in 78 cancer patients and 15 anticancer drugs. The results showed that there were differences in drug-sensitivity and inhibition rates of white blood cells and cancer cells among the ten anti-cancer drugs, but there was no statistically significant correlation between them. The situation of lung cancer patients is roughly the same as that of gynecological patients. In addition to the significant increase in the drug sensitivity of CTX to leukocytes, there were no statistical differences between the other nine drugs. The susceptibility of leukocytes and cancer cells in the colon and rectal cancer groups was quite different for some drugs. They were 5-FU, MMC, CTX, and DDP. The drug sensitivity of cancer cells was significantly higher than that of leucocytes (P<0. 025, P < 0.001).
