目前,辽河油田主要通过向地层中注入处理合格的污水来保证地层压力。油田注水中细菌的危害主要有两个方面:一是细菌体和繁殖产物沉积导致注水水质的污染和地层堵塞;二是硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)在设备、管线和地层中繁殖时产生大量硫化物,导致管线设备的严重腐蚀和结垢。利用紫外线杀菌技术,有效解决了污水系统中细菌含量高、导致污水悬中浮物含量上升的问题。
