前言过去在加拿大的韦兰厂进行了高碳锰铁的生产,最近在博阿诺厂又采用了以下的一些操作法,包括:1.加熔剂的高氧化铝渣法;2.弃渣法;3.低氧化铝渣法;4.高氧化铝渣法。大型高碳锰铁电炉操作人员的主要任务就是利用现有的电气设备提高生产率,这就需要提高炉子的电阻,高氧化铝渣法为达到这一目的提供了一个良好的机会。下面简单地介绍一下博阿诺厂的历史,我们就上面提到的操作法的优缺点进行讨论
Preface The production of high-carbon ferromanganese was carried out at the Welland Plant in Canada in the past. Recently, some of the following operations have been adopted at the Boiano Plant, including: 1. High Alumina Slag Method with Flux; 2. Slagging Method ; 3 low alumina slag method; 4 high alumina slag method. The main task for operators of large high-carbon ferromanganese electric furnaces is to use existing electrical equipment to increase productivity, which requires increasing the resistance of the furnace. The high-alumina slag method provides a good opportunity for this purpose. Here is a brief overview of the history of the Boiano factory, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the above-mentioned operation method
