山药零余子多糖抗氧化活性及对糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用(英文)

提取山药零余子中的多糖,探讨其体外抗氧化活性和对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。结果表明,山药零余子多糖的还原力随着浓度的提高显著增强,对DPPH·和·OH具有较强的清除能力,并呈一定的剂量关系,4.0 mg/ml剂量时清除率分别可达到91.15%和89.06%;山药零余子多糖能显著降低造模小鼠的血糖,且大剂量的山药零余子多糖降糖更明显。山药零余子多糖具有较好的抗氧化性和降血糖作用,这为安全天然食品抗氧化剂、降血糖药剂的开发提供了新来源。 Extract the polysaccharides from Radix yamzi and explore its anti-oxidative activity in vitro and its hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice. The results showed that the reducing power of Z. japonica polysaccharide increased significantly with the increase of concentration, and it had strong scavenging ability to DPPH · and · OH, and showed a dose-dependent relationship. The clearance rate of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae could reach 91.15% And 89.06%, respectively. Zingiber officinale polysaccharides could significantly reduce blood glucose in model mice, and the high dose of more than sub-polysaccharide yam more significant hypoglycemic. Yam more than sub-polysaccharide with good antioxidant and hypoglycemic effect, which safe natural food antioxidants, hypoglycemic agents to provide a new source of development.
