苏州市凤凰山隧道属于软弱围岩中浅埋大跨度连拱加小净距隧道,且隧道穿越凤凰山公墓区,隧道上方公墓密集,对隧道设计和施工要求很高。根据工程类比,初步确定隧道的支护参数;建立有限元计算模型,对隧道进行受力分析,并结合现场监控量测数据对支护参数进行调整;建立适合于复合式中墙连拱隧道的荷载结构法计算模型,对二次衬砌进行配筋计算;对传统的隧道防排水体系进行适当改进;并计算确定隧道爆破施工和机械开挖的埋深分界点,以确保隧道安全通过公墓区。
The Fenghuangshan Tunnel in Suzhou City belongs to the shallow-buried long-span arch and the small clear distance tunnel in the weak surrounding rock. The tunnel crosses the Fenghuangshan Cemetery and the cemetery above the tunnel is dense, which requires high design and construction of the tunnel. According to the engineering analogy, the support parameters of the tunnel are preliminarily determined. The finite element model is established to analyze the force of the tunnel and adjust the supporting parameters in combination with the on-site monitoring and measuring data. Calculation model of load structure method to reinforce the secondary lining; improve the traditional tunnel drainage system; and calculate and determine the depth of demarcation point of tunnel blasting construction and mechanical excavation to ensure the tunnel safety through the cemetery area.
