研究不同培养条件对灵芝单核、双核菌株生长的影响,并分析其对环境适应力的差异。不同单核菌株间生长势出现一定程度的差异性,单核菌丝在水分、温度、pH值的适应能力上弱于双核菌丝,但在光照适应性上强于双核菌丝,单核菌丝生长势总体上弱于双核菌丝。灵芝单核、双核菌株都存在吐水现象,但单核对水分更敏感。灵芝单核菌株与双核菌株在水分、温度、pH、光照上都存在较大环境适应力差异,双核菌株对环境适应能力要强于单核菌株。
The effects of different culture conditions on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mononuclear and binuclear strains were studied, and their differences in environmental adaptability were analyzed. There was a certain degree of difference in growth potential between different mononuclear strains. Mononuclear mycelium was weaker than that of binuclear mycelia in adaptability to water, temperature and pH, but stronger in light adaptability than that of binuclear mycelium, Silk growth potential is generally weaker than binuclear mycelium. Ganoderma lucidum mononuclear, binuclear strains are spit water phenomenon, but the single-core more sensitive to water. The results showed that there was a large difference in environmental adaptability between the rhizobacteria and the binuclear fungi in water, temperature, pH and light. The adaptability of the binuclear strains to the environment was stronger than that of the mononuclear strains.
