研究了微量元素Zr、Hf对Ni47Cr6Fe玻封合金在高温湿氢气中的氧化速度、氧化膜形貌、应力及组成的影响。结果表明:AI、Si的少量添加促进合金氧化,但Zr、Hf的微量添加抑制合金氧化,Zr与Hf对合金氧化速度的影响基本相同;Al、Si促使氧化膜凸起生长,Zr、Hf促使氧化膜平滑生长;Zr、Hf的添加增加氧化膜内应力,而添加Si、Al降低氧化膜内应力。Ni47Cr6Fe合金氧化膜主要由Cr2O3和(Fe,Mn)Cr2O4两相组成,Zr、Hf的添加使氧化膜中Cr2O3相对含量降低,而使(Fe,Mn)Cr2O4的相对含量增多。Zr、Hf的微量添加有利于提高合金氧化膜封接性能。
The effects of trace elements Zr and Hf on the oxidation rate, morphology, stress and composition of Ni47Cr6Fe glassy carbon in high temperature wet hydrogen were studied. The results showed that a small amount of addition of AI and Si promoted the oxidation of the alloy. However, the addition of Zr and Hf inhibited the oxidation of the alloy. The effects of Zr and Hf on the oxidation rate of the alloy were basically the same. Al and Si promoted the growth of the oxide film, The oxide film grows smoothly. The addition of Zr and Hf increases the internal stress of the oxide film, while the addition of Si and Al reduces the internal stress of the oxide film. The Ni47Cr6Fe alloy oxide film mainly consists of two phases, Cr2O3 and (Fe, Mn) Cr2O4. The addition of Zr and Hf decreases the relative content of Cr2O3 in the oxide film and increases the relative content of (Fe, Mn) and Cr2O4. The trace addition of Zr and Hf is helpful to improve the sealing performance of alloy oxide film.
