患者男性 ,40岁。右下肢疼痛、肿胀半年。疼痛呈持续性 ,近二个月症状加重而入院。体检 :右小腿中段皮温略高于对侧 ,皮色如常。前方见一 5 0ｃｍ× 8 0ｃｍ软组织肿块 ,边界欠清晰 ,较硬。无波动感及血管杂音 ,触痛明显 ,血尿便及肝肾功能均正常。血沉 38ｍｍ/ｈ。Ｘ线表现 :
Male patient, 40 years old. Right lower extremity pain, swelling six months. Pain was persistent, symptoms increased in the past two months and admitted to hospital. Physical examination: the middle of the right lower leg skin temperature slightly higher than the contralateral, skin color as usual. See a soft tissue mass in front of a 5 0cm × 80cm, the border is less clear and harder. No fluctuations and vascular murmur, tenderness, hematuria and liver and kidney function are normal.
