目的采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚缓释片中丹皮酚的含量。方法色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长274 nm。结果丹皮酚0.084~0.840μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=1.60%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简单、结果可靠、重复性好,可较好地控制丹皮酚缓释片的质量。
Objective To determine the content of paeonol in paeonol sustained-release tablets by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results Paeonol had a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) with the peak area of 0.084 ~ 0.840μg. The average recovery was 99.20% with RSD = 1.60% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can control the quality of paeonol sustained release tablets.
