透明度是保障基本人权之所需。以往,造成大批冤假错案的一个重要原因是少数人的暗箱操作,毫无透明度可言。现今,人们普遍要求财务公开、人事公开、审讯公开等等,中央也要求有关部门实行公示。虽然现实中还有些不足,但社会还是朝这个方向发展。社会要进步,关键依然在于充分增加透明度,并真正还权于民。 Transparency is what it takes to guarantee basic human rights. In the past, one of the major causes of the large number of unjust and wrong cases was the opaque operation of the minority with no transparency at all. Today, people generally require financial disclosure, personnel disclosure, trial disclosure and so on. The Central Government also requires relevant departments to implement publicity. Although there are still some shortcomings in reality, the society is still moving in this direction. To make progress in society, the crux of the matter still lies in the full enhancement of transparency and the real return of power to the people.
