利用海绵钛与B4C粉末之间的自蔓延高温合成反应,经普通熔铸工艺制备了TiB晶须和TiC粒子增强的钛基复合材料。研究了不同TiC、TiB含量对颗粒增强钛基复合材料组织和性能的影响。
TiB whiskers and TiC particles reinforced titanium matrix composites were prepared by a common casting process using self-propagating high temperature synthesis reaction between sponge titanium and B4C powders. The effects of TiC and TiB content on the microstructure and properties of the particle reinforced titanium matrix composites were investigated.
