水利施工企业采取绩效管理的方法,在水利工程施工中对进度、质量、成本、安全、环保、信息、文明施工等进行管理和控制,可更好地完成目标任务。在绩效管理中,水利施工企业各级管理者共同参与绩效计划制定、绩效辅导沟通、绩效考核评价、绩效结果应用、绩效目标提升的持续循环过程,目的是持续提升个人、班组、作业队、项目部和水利施工企业各职能部门的绩效。绩效管理的过程是一个不断改进的循环过程,即PDCA循环,绩效计划(plan)、绩效管理的实施(Do)、绩效管理的监控(check)、奖惩与指导(Action)。绩效管理对提升水利施工企业的竞争力都有巨大的推动作用,没有有效的绩效管理,企业和个人绩效得不到持续增长,就不能适应残酷的市场竞争需要,最终将被市场淘汰。
