目的 调查辽宁省城乡 2 0周岁以上居民超重与肥胖的流行状况 ,为有针对性地开展肥胖防治提供科学依据。方法 对 4个城市及农村和两个大型国有企业部分职工进行自填式问卷调查 ,采用WHO诊断标准 ,以 1990年全国人口普查年龄别人口比例计算超重和肥胖调整现患率。结果 共调查 370 70人 ,超重及肥胖调整现患率男性为 2 4 77%和 2 87% ,明显高于全国平均水平 ;女性为 17 2 4 %和 1 96 % ,明显低于全国平均水平。男女超重现患率在各年龄组间有显著性差异 ,均随年龄增加而上升。男性商业与交通运输业人员肥胖现患率最高 ,待业人员及农民最低 ;女性中家庭妇女和农民超重现患率明显高于其他职业。女性超重和肥胖现患率均随着文化程度的增高而明显降低 ,而男性则呈现相反趋势。本次调查所发现的年轻及知识女性超重与肥胖现患率较低是否与调查方式有关值得进一步研究。结论 辽宁省超重及肥胖调整现患率男性明显高于全国平均水平 ,存在显著的性别、年龄、职业和文化间差别。
Objective To investigate prevalence of overweight and obesity in urban and rural areas of over 20 years of age in Liaoning Province and provide a scientific basis for targeted prevention and treatment of obesity. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was conducted among some urban and rural areas and some of the two large state-owned enterprises. The current diagnosis rate of overweight and obesity was calculated based on the WHO diagnostic criteria and the proportion of the population aged 1990 at the national census. Results A total of 370 70 people were surveyed. The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was 2 4 77% and 2 87% respectively, significantly higher than the national average; 17 2 4% and 1 96% females, significantly lower than the national average. The prevalence of overweight in men and women in all age groups were significantly different, both increased with age. The prevalence of obesity was highest in men’s commercial and transportation workers, and the lowest was the number of unemployed persons and peasants. The prevalence of overweight among housewives and peasants in women was significantly higher than other occupations. Female prevalence rate of overweight and obesity with the education level increased significantly decreased, while men showed the opposite trend. Whether the prevalence of overweight and obesity in young and educated women found in this survey is related to the way of investigation deserves further study. Conclusions The prevalence of overweight and obesity in Liaoning Province is significantly higher than the national average for men. There are significant differences in gender, age, occupation and culture.
