高致病性猪蓝耳病是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（俗称蓝耳病）病毒变异株引起的一种急性高致死性疫病，以繁殖障碍、呼吸困难、耳朵蓝紫，并发其他传染病为主要特征。目前尚无特效治疗药物，笔者介绍了其预防与治疗方法，供养殖户参考。
