目前,在国内热处理行业中,渗氮罐一般均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢板焊接而成,由于它具有易老化,在使用20炉次后,氨分解率很快升高,出现难于控制的问题,为满足渗氮工艺要求,必须加大氨流量,从而使渗氮工艺控制不稳定,影响渗氮零件质量.对于大型渗氮罐则更容易老化,一般使用12炉次后,流量和分解率处于失控状态.为了解决渗氮罐的抗老化性能,延长使用寿命,西北工业大学经过长期研究,采用高温搪瓷技术,解决了这个长期存在的问题.该校与上海沪东造船厂联合研制了一台3.5m大型搪瓷渗氮罐,直至现在已经使用50炉次以上,氨分解率仍稳定,保证了零件渗氮质量,经济效益十分明显.
