锗有一定的医疗保健功能,为了简便准确的测定锗含量,建立了在OP-10/正丁醇/正庚烷/水非离子型微乳液中,用结晶紫-锗钼杂多酸分光光度法测定样品中锗的新方法。优化的试验条件为4.8 m L 1.0 mol/L硫酸,2.0 m L2.5×10-2 mol/L钼酸铵,1.1 m L微乳液,4.0 m L 2×10-4 mol/L结晶紫。结晶紫-锗钼杂多酸形成的缔合物的最大吸收波长为650 nm,线性回归方程为y=0.143 2x+0.022 2,锗含量在0.5~8μg/25 m L范围内符合比尔定律。方法的最低检出限为1.34×10-4μg/m L,用于多种蔬菜中锗的测定,相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.4%,回收率97.1%~101.7%。
