从计划行为理论(TPB)出发,从知识共享意愿、态度、主观规范、感知行为控制几个方面探讨了高校教师知识共享行为的特征与影响因素,并从加强校园文化与激励机制建设、树立正确的知识分享观、建立人际信任几个角度提出了促进高校教师知识共享的有效策略。
Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), this paper discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of knowledge-sharing behavior of college teachers from the aspects of knowledge sharing intention, attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. From the point of strengthening the construction of campus culture and incentive mechanism, The view of knowledge sharing and the establishment of interpersonal trust put forward some effective strategies to promote the knowledge sharing among college teachers.
