我們在加工直齿和螺旋齿錐齿輪时遇到过一些困难,走了一些弯路后才获得滿意結果。我們采用的机床型号是ZSTWK280型双刃刨齿机,其工作原理是:两把直綫型的刨刀构成了假想錐形創形齿輪的一个齿牙或一个齿間,假想的錐齿輪及工件毛坯都各自繞其本身軸心反复滾动,形成一对假想的錐形齿輪的啮合运动,在实际的加工过程中构成了切削运动。現将我們試制的产品举例說明如下。
