立定跳远的比赛练习法

立定跳远是增强下肢力量的常见练习方法。面对初中学生,他们学习兴趣高,但单调、重复的练习又容易烦燥,从而达不到锻炼效果。于是在教学中,我采用立定跳远比赛练习法,课堂气氛、学习效果都很好。 Standing long jump is a common practice for strengthening lower limb strength. In the face of junior high school students, their interest in learning is high, but monotonous and repetitive exercises are easy to get irritated, and thus do not achieve the effect of exercise. So in teaching, I use the practice of standing long jump competitions, classroom atmosphere, learning results are very good.
