为预防和治疗小儿先天性髋脱位术后再脱位。对1972年末~1995年3月间55例(58髋)小儿先天性髋脱位术后再脱位的病例进行随访,随访时间最长14年,最短1.5年,平均6.9年。结果发现2例(4髋)为双侧再脱位,1例为单侧3次脱位,余均为单侧再脱位。其中半脱位14例(16髋),占27.6%,全脱位41例(42髋),占72.4%。再脱位的发生率3.75%。术式选择不当、手术操作不妥、术后处理失误及功能练习错误是引起该病的常见原因,也是要我们预防该病发生的关键环节。一经发现再脱位,应及早处理,方法要确切、简单、实用
To prevent and treat children with congenital dislocation of the hip after dislocation. A total of 55 cases (58 hips) of children with dislocation of the congenital dislocation of the hip were followed up for a maximum of 14 years and a minimum of 1.5 years (average 6.9 years) after the end of 1972 to March 1995.
