由国家电力公司农电发展局与华中电力集团公司共同承办的‘微机管理农村用电研讨”会议,于1998年4月 19日～23日在云南省西双版纳召开.来自全国19个省(市)230名代表参加了会议.会议以党的十五大精神为指针,广开言路,畅谈微机管理农村用电经验,活跃了农电学术气氛.会议纪要如下:会议交流说明,微机管理农村用电的效果显而易见,特别是对农村电价电费管理成效日见卓著.归纳主要如下:1.提高了工作效率.微机管理电价与手工制票相比,一般可提高工效5～10倍,减轻了农电管理人员及农村电工的劳动强度,把他们从繁琐的事务中解放出来,集中力量投入到农电管理中去.2.规范了农村用电管理环节.微机管理电价电 The Conference on Microcomputer-Managed Rural Electricity Research jointly organized by the State Power Corporation Rural Power Development Bureau and the Central China Electric Power Group Corporation was held in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province from April 19 to April 23, 1998. The minutes of the meeting were as follows: The meeting explained that the effect of microcomputer management on rural electricity consumption was as follows: Obviously, the electricity tariff management in rural areas has achieved remarkable results. The main results are as follows: 1. Improved working efficiency. Compared with manual ticketing, the microcomputer management tariff can generally improve ergonomics by 5 to 10 times and reduce agricultural electricity managers.
