随着空分设备精馏塔的规模越来越大,推广应用高通量、低阻力、高效率的规整填料已成为空分行业发展的共识。介绍几种传统规整填料实现高通量性能的解决方案,提出高通量填料产品的结构设计与优化原理,分析高通量填料的试验性能,阐述高通量填料在空分设备中的典型应用场合。
With the increasing size of the fractionation tower of the air separation plant, popularization and application of structured packing with high throughput, low resistance and high efficiency have become the consensus of the development of the air separation industry. This paper introduces the solutions of high-throughput performance of several traditional structured packings. The structural design and optimization principle of high-throughput packings are proposed. The experimental performance of high-throughput packings is analyzed. Typical applications of high-throughput packings in air separation plants occasion.
