血管瘤系临床常见疾病,治疗方法很多。笔者在消痔灵治疗内痔的启发下,采用消痔灵瘤体内注射法治疗鼻腔血管瘤15例,经观察效果满意现介绍如下。临床资料本组病人15例,男7例,女8例,年龄22～58岁,右鼻腔血管瘤10例,左鼻腔血管瘤5例,其中毛细血管瘤14例,混合型血管瘤1例,术前全部经病理检查证实,经治的15例病人,血管瘤全部位于鼻腔前部,鼻镜下可窥见其血管瘤的根部,血管瘤的体积均在1×1×2厘米以下。治疗方法用1％地卡因和1‰肾上腺素棉片作鼻腔表面麻醉,在鼻镜下充分显露肿瘤,用5毫升注射器装上5号粘膜针头,吸取消痔灵原液,于肿瘤的根部及顶部刺入,回抽有血液后缓慢注药,注射至肿瘤有坚实感,瘤体颜色变淡为止。注射量一般为2～4毫升,每周1～2次直至肿瘤坏死脱落。注药3天以内病人局部有轻度反应性肿胀,未发现其它不良反应。
