目的：探讨剖宫产术后产妇的母乳喂养优质护理的效果。方法抽样的方法，选择2014年1月~2015年1月在60例我院产科剖宫产生产的孕妇，根据患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例产妇。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施优质护理模式。两组产后之间比较3d产奶量和纯母乳喂养。结果实验组在喂奶的恐惧，积极的喂奶和母乳短缺明显下降，差异有统计学意义。结论优质护理可提高母乳喂养成功率在剖宫产术后。“,”Objective To investigate the ef ect of quality nursing in the maternal breast feeding in the cesarean section. Methods The purpose sampling method select January2014 to January 2015 in our hospital obstetric cesarean section production in 60 cases of pregnant women, according to the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Results There was a fear in the experimental group of nursing, and the shortage of active nursing and milk was significantly decreased, the dif erence was statistical y significant.
