近年来,员工更加关注自身职业成长对职业成功的重要意义,企业也发现员工职业成长对企业发展的推动作用。本文基于国内外学者研究员工职业成长的相关理论,以财务类岗位入职三年的大学毕业生为例,研究职业成长的基本概念、新员工职业成长的现状,采用半结构化深度访谈法研究影响新员工职业成长的有关因素,以访谈结果为佐证得出结论,并为新员工如何获得更好的职业成长及企业如何促进新员工职业成长提出相关建议,以达到帮助新员工获得良好职业成长的目的。
In recent years, employees have paid more attention to the importance of their own career growth to career success. Enterprises also found that employee career growth has a positive effect on the development of the enterprise. This paper, based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the career growth of employees, takes the three-year university graduates who work in financial positions as an example to study the basic concept of career growth and the current situation of new employee career growth.
