提高少数民族人口素质是青藏地区基础教育的核心目的。青藏地区基础教育在实现跨越式发展的同时还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。为了使青藏地区基础教育实现内涵式发展,就必须转变民族地区基础教育发展的模式。为此,要重建民族地区基础教育的概念,培育合乎素质教育观的民族地区基础教育新理念;要重视对青藏地区丰富的教育资源的开发、利用和基础教育领导水平的提升;关注知识管理;要统筹通识教育与职业教育。
To improve the quality of the minority population is the core purpose of the basic education in the Qinghai-Tibet region.
