利用电子计算机叠加技术,在Erb点、C处体表及大脑皮层相应体感区头皮(C_3或C_4、记录正中神经刺激引起的体感诱发电位,以评价外周及中枢神经传导功能。对30例健康成人观察结果如下: 1.Erb点的体感诱发电位以P_8和N_8为主要成份,其潜伏期分别为7.90±0.64毫秒(M±SD)和9.40±0.85毫秒;在C_7处的电位以P_(10)和N_(13)为主要成份,潜伏期分别为9.60±0.80毫秒和12.55±0.98毫秒;在C_3和C_4处的电位则以P_(15)和N_(18)为主要成份,潜伏期分别为15.30±1.01毫秒和18.45±1.06毫秒。 2.自腕部到Erb点之间正中神经外周段传入纤维传导速度(PCV)为70.80±2.60米/秒。 3.自C_7到大脑皮层相应体感区之间中枢段(N_(18)—N_(13))传导时间(CCT)为5.90±0.65毫秒。 4.N_(13)潜伏期与臂长相关,r=0.62(p<0.01);N_(18)与臂长也相关,r=0.46(P<0.01)。但CCT与臂长无相关,r=-0.076(P>0.05)。 5.左右两侧PCV和CCT通常无显著差异;前者两侧之差的99%正常值上限为4.30米/秒:后者的为1.40毫秒。这两项指标反映着外周和中枢神经传导的对称性。
Using computer superposition technique, the sensory evoked potentials induced by median nerve stimulation were recorded on the scrotal surface (C_3 or C_4) of the body surface and the cerebral cortex at Erb point and C site to evaluate the peripheral and central nerve conduction function.Among 30 healthy adults The results are as follows: 1. The potentials at C_3 and C_4 were mainly composed of P_ (15) and N_ (18) with latency of 15.30 ± 1.01 ms And 18.45 ± 1.06 msec.2.The afferent fiber conduction velocity (PCV) was 70.80 ± 2.60 m / s from the wrist to the Erb point in the median nerve segment 3.
