在分析现有锅炉炉膛火焰检测系统的基础上,提出了利用内窥式全炉膛火焰检测和数字图像处理技术提取并存储火焰图像及其参数的方案。该系统已在国产200MW机组锅炉上进行了工业性试验,取得了满意的效果。系统能监视燃烧工况并在危险时自动报警、存储相应火焰图像,因此可以用于全炉膛灭火保护和事故分析。文中对系统软、硬件体系作了详细地说明。
Based on the analysis of the existing boiler hearth flame detection system, the scheme of extracting and storing the flame image and its parameters by using endoscopic full hearth flame detection and digital image processing technology is proposed. The system has been in the domestic 200MW boiler boilers conducted an industrial test, and achieved satisfactory results. The system can monitor the combustion conditions and automatically alarm when dangerous, store the corresponding flame image, so it can be used for full furnace fire protection and accident analysis. In this paper, the system software and hardware system is described in detail.
