目的:建立豆峰慢咽灵胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:采用粉末显微方法鉴定处方中牡丹皮、竹蜂的显微特征;采用薄层色谱法对处方中决明子、牡丹皮、细辛进行定性鉴别;通过高效液相色谱测定牡丹皮的含量。结果:牡粉末显微特征易见;薄层色谱斑点明显,与对照品或对照药材色谱相应位置上斑点对应整齐;丹皮酚在0.001066-0.0533mg/ml之间呈良好的线性关系,回收率达到100%。结论:本方法专属性强、准确、重现性好,可用于豆峰慢咽灵胶囊的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Beifeng Lingyan Capsule. Methods: The microscopic characteristics of the tree peony and the bamboo bee were identified by powder microscopy. The cassia seed, the tree peony and the asarum were identified qualitatively by TLC. The content of the tree was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The microscopic characteristics of Moutan were easy to see. The spots of TLC were obvious, and the spot corresponding to the reference substance or the reference drug chromatogram corresponded to the spot. The paeonol showed a good linear relationship between 0.001066 and 0.0533 mg / ml, Reached 100%. Conclusion: The method is specific, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control standard of Beifeng slow pharyngeal capsule.
