采油现场作为油田开发、生产的重要组成部分,安全生产现状直接影响采油厂管理水平的高低。随着安全环保理念的提高,采油现场的标准化越来越引起重视。检查发现采油现场的低老坏问题是疑难杂症,难以彻底根治。为提高采油现场标准化,创新采油监督的工作方式,探索销项管理的模式。将发生频率高、反复出现的问题,确定为一个时期内的消除目标,分批次把问题彻底消除掉,杜绝其在采油现场再次发生,提高采油现场标准化、规范化水平。
