种薯的播前处理是改善农作物品质、提高产量的一项重要措施。为了解旱地条件下不同种薯处理对旱地马铃薯生长发育的影响程度,对6个处理不同生育期的植株形态、产量性状和水分利用效率进行了研究。结果表明:催芽处理出苗期较对照提前3d,出苗率提高36.9%;催芽处理能够促进马铃薯植株生长和干物质积累,株高、单株平均叶面积和单株干重均明显高于其他处理;催芽处理下马铃薯产量和水分利用效率表现最高,分别较对照高出14.9%和15.6%。因此,催芽处理是较适宜的旱地马铃薯种薯处理方法。
Seed pre-sowing is an important measure to improve crop quality and increase yield. In order to understand the effect of different seed treatments on the growth and development of potato under dry land conditions, the morphological characteristics, yield traits and water use efficiency of six treatments at different growth stages were studied. The results showed that the germination rate increased 36.9% three days earlier than that of the control. The germination treatment promoted the growth of potato and the accumulation of dry matter. The plant height, average leaf area per plant and dry weight per plant were significantly higher than those of other treatments. Under the germination treatment, potato yield and water use efficiency were the highest, which were 14.9% and 15.6% higher than that of the control. Therefore, the germination treatment is more suitable for dry potato seed treatment.
